Excellent communication from Rosalind and was always available to take phone calls for queries when purchasing the property. Very helpful local knowledge of key contacts for necessary appraisals/reports. Made the viewing process really relaxed, allowing you to get a good insight into the property.

Its great when things are going ok, but if something goes wrong then the staff are very rude We withdrew our sale with company in the end as i was disgusted in how someone spoke to me asking me to make a payment of £50 as i had to rearrange photographer, nothing was mentioned from the photographer or the sell my home, no terms and conditionsI would have paid the fee had the agent on the phone not had been so rude and patronising There loss not oursEdit- hounded me with phone calls to the point I blocked all there means of contacting me, my review was and still is a true statement of what happened.Now they are trying to get the review removed as it’s apparently damaging

We have tried a number of times to contact you to discuss this as we always like to hear our customers' opinions (positive or negative) and as you say, things with us are normally pretty great! With regards to the agent being rude and patronising, this is an issue that we do and have taken very seriously and hence why we have tried to reach out a number of times to you.We're sorry to hear that you felt the terms and conditions were not clear and did not agree with our policy of charging a cancellation fee. We have to charge a cancellation fee as our photographers are incredibly busy with numerous appointments and this fee is there to ensure that cancellations are avoided as much as possible as well as to ensure the photographer is compensated for their time. We also don't want to delay other customers from being able to book in their appointment and get their property ready for sale.The reason for us trying to remove this review is that the claim of no terms and conditions is not true and this was clearly explained again to the customer in writing upon booking their photography appointment on completion of their registration. During a very difficult time with my Dad having to go into a Nursing home and having to sell his house to pay for his care, Sell My Home did a great job and took a lot of pressure off us, securing a sale on the property within a few months. They were always available on line or at the end of the phone to help in any way we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone & definitely will use them again

We have used SellMyHome twice - early last year when we sold our own home and most recently to sell our daughter's home - they have literally saved us thousands of pounds!Do not use the online valuation - we found this to be very inaccurate. Use your common sense, or a local estate agent for a free valuation.However, the rest of the service is excellent. We liked the fact that we were in control of the viewings and could contact the viewers directly - it simplifies matters when you cut out the middle-man.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and supported us through the whole process to completion.We would certainly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Seamless for first time buyer.From the virtual walkthrough on the website (which feels like you are actually in the flat!) to the service from the estate agents and account handlers it was seamless and friendly. As a first time buyer it can all seem very overwhelming but they were very patient and put me at ease. Anna, my account handler, was absolutely amazing. I wish everyone I had encountered through the whole buying process was as approachable, understanding and clear. RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Great low cost service.I used sellmyhome after being caught up in the emoove demise and was surprised at how professional and quick their service was. I was lucky enough to make use of the half price offer which made it exceptional value. The agents were in regular contact, very polite and efficient at getting back to me and progressing the sale. I had four offers in my first 2 days of viewing. The photography was excellent. I would definately use sellmyhome again.

After doing much on line research, we decided to use SellMyHome to help sell my parents house, following poor service from high street agencies who's answer to everything seemed to be 'drop the price'. SellMyHome never once suggested this, in fact quite the opposite. Their photo's of the house, and follow up to viewings was outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and will definitely be looking to use them when we sell our own house. Very happy!.

We decided to use Sell My Home after reading the wonderful reviews on Trustpilot. I was somewhat sceptical at first because (a) we had never used an online estate agent before, and (b) the reviews seemed almost too good to be true (97% excellent!).We chose the pay up front option, which wasn't the cheapest compared to other online agents, but was still a huge saving on the traditional commission-based model.From the moment I picked up the phone, every experience I had with SMH was positive. The registration was easy, the photography was excellent, and customer service second-to-none.After our house want up for sale on the Thursday, we had several viewings on the Saturday, and had accepted an offer on the Monday.Unfortunately, our buyers had a change of circumstance and pulled out of the sale 2 months later. Another 30+ viewings and 6 months later, we have finally moved into our new house.I can't praise Harry enough for all of his hard work in getting us over the line. He was always there providing support and guiding us through the process. His effort and commitment to helping us get the sale couldn't have been greater. He's a credit to SMH and his profession. I owe that man a beer!All in all, I can't recommend SMH enough. They are offer an excellent product at a very competitive price, but what makes the real difference is the people. Whoever you deal with is friendly and professional, and they all seem genuinely aligned in doing the best for their customers.I'll be recommending SMH to all of my friends.

Faultless, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Harry’s expertise, diligence and commitment were second to none. He sold my home in 3 weeks for the asking price in a difficult market. Although I paid up front, Sellmyhome’s motivation and personal service could not have been improved. Their model works well because they focus on the quality of the property’s on line presence, I had offers from more than half of the people who viewed my house. My experience of high street agents is that they send a lot of people round but few who are actually very interested. Sell my home appears to be a small but experienced and highly motivated team. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

As a buyer, Sellmyhome are poor to deal with. They almost refused to send me a Home report & why should I sign up to their website just to be able to ask a question about the property? Their reps have never seen the property & have no idea of the location, so there is no point talking to them. As a buyer, I would in future avoid any house advertised with them.Sellmyhome complained to Trust pilot about this review.

Top class service despite my initial reservations....My first foray into "on line" estate agents and a I am delighted. Excellent value and a first class service. The staff always kept in touch and were very efficient and supportive. The photographer was very professional and the "for sale" sign was erected as requested. The online booking system for viewings worked well for us and they always called me to discuss feedback and confirm the viewings. The regular and informed communication was really helpful and I was impressed with the quality of the staff. I thought the fees where very reasonable as we took advantage of a discount at the time. I have no reservations in recommending this organisation and would use them again.Well done "Sell my Home" and thankyou to the staff for a successful sale...

Its always a bit of a gamble paying “ upfront” for a “ service”, but without doubt the helpfulness and great service from every one in the team was exceptional. Customer service is down to the little things, calling back when agreed, feedback from viewings and the touching base call, all of which were provided . The weekly marketing reports and calls were great, enabling me to adjust the price as necessary to ensure maximum expose on the web portals. As a property developer I would have no hesitation in recommending your services and when my next property is ready , I will be calling you straight away.

Great experience from start to finish. Robbie answered all my questions and provided me with advice prior to set up and Anna, my account manager was endlessly helpful. She followed up viewings, answered my queries quickly and was very friendly and easy to deal with. I think this is definitely the best way to sell a property and I have recommended sellmyhome to many friends. My ad went live in July and I completed on my sale in October. Very happy.

I was initially cautious about using Sell My Home as I’d never heard of them before, but I can say the customer service and whole process from end to end has been fantastic. We were handled by the Head of Operations who called us every step of the way and really provided that personal service that is needed with a house move. The photographs of our house pre-sale were great too, we were very happy with the results and sold fairly quickly. If you have doubts about using an online agent, stop now, use these guys, they’re brilliant.
