Amazing auction company

Amazing auction company. From the off, they had a personal and friendly approach. This ranged from the Valuer to the office staff. This was really helpful as there was a lot of emotion attached to the sale of the family home. At all times, the staff were respectful, helpful and very caring towards my mum.Exceptional advertising and photos helped us have a good stream of viewings and bids. Couldn't have done it without them

We recently bought our property, a former bank, through SDL after it had failed to meet its reserve at auction. Although we were not the only party interested in buying the bank, from our first enquiry to the exchange of contracts the team at SDL Nottingham, principally Sam Rashid the Regional Sales Manager, were very helpful, sympathetic to our wishes and helped us to navigate the somewhat different process of buying after auction when compared with a sale through an Estate Agent. We agree with other reviewers when they say that SDL went beyond the call of duty throughout the process. They kept us fully informed at every stage of the negotiations and were always happy to help with our repeated requests to view the property even after we had exchanged. Nick and Tim were particularly helpful with our onsite viewing. Nothing was too much trouble for the Nottingham Team. We felt they always they had our best interests at heart.

Professional Service Each Time

We’ve purchased through SDL a couple of times now and on each occasion it has been a smooth process. The staff are professional, efficient and knowledgeable but a special mention is needed for Sam Rashid who has worked with us not only in the two purchases made but on other enquiries regarding properties of interest. She has always been exceptionally helpful and gone the extra mile to keep us in the loop on sales progression and has even been attentive in communication following completion. Everything you would want in terms of support when making big decisions. Thanks to all involved but particularly Sam who we will definitely be keen to work with again.

So easy and stress free sale.

SDL suctions sold my former clothes shop which I owned for many years. I had two sales fall through previously and my friend told me about auction. I contacted SDL Auctions and spoke to Chris Theocharides and he came out to look at the property. He explained the market and why the guide price needed to be at the level suggested by himself. There was no hassle no offers that amounted to nothing which I had with my old agent and no worrying !!!. Would recommend auction as a way to sell its far better.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM SDL

First time selling a house through auction and it was extremely easy with SDL. Jessica was my POC from SDL and was excellent - she chased things up with the letting agents and solicitors throughout the process to ensure that the sale was completed within 40 days of the initial offer being accepted. Also used the solicitors (Switalskis) recommended by SDL who were very good. Costs were straightforward and the sale was extremely quick. Would recommend SDL to anyone who wants a quick and uncomplicated house sale.

My first time at a property auction. On the day the property did not reach the reserve. After showing interest It was promptly followed up by Sam Rashid. Sam talked me through the process and I gave my maximum offer. Despite resistance from the vendor and several hours later Sam managed to get the deal done that day... My advice is set your budget and get the expertise off SDL representatives to help you..... thanks Sam
