The most influencing factor was their chase to my conveyancer to avoid delays specially with current COVID working environment. All the advisors were simply Brilliant!.

FacebookI recently moved to Leicester and this is an agent that I found particularly helpful and professional. I especially appreciated their friendly attitude and the fact that they respect their customers and indeed provide a personal service. Moreover, their admin fees are quite reasonable compared to most other agents, while they did not fill-up my email inbox with adverts. I would definitely recommend them.

FacebookMultiple emails and WhatsApps, no replies. Constantly listing new properties but can't reply to emails. If this is what they're like when I'm trying to give them money, I can't imagine how they are when they already have it. Other estate agents in Leicester are much more responsive.
