GoogleWe brought our First home which was sold with Knightsbridge, I can not recommend them enough from start to completion all of the staff have been fantastic, They were very helpful with allowing us to view the property and kept us informed every step of the way when our offer was accepted. Whether you are buying or selling a property I’d 100% recommend using Knightsbridge, they also answer the phone within minutes and answer any queries no matter how big or small.

GoogleFrom start to sold all round brilliant service. Initial journey began with Mercedes who appraised our property and within a week had it on the market with photos, virtual tour and floorplans. Then working together with Janet, Kym and Yvonne who are like the A-Team making the viewing and offer process seamless. Finally working with the amazing Samantha Harris who’s official title is Sales Progressor but should be Chaser / Hunter / Doer! Overall Knightsbridge were exactly what they promised perhaps even undersold themselves. Whilst there are many other estate agents out there you do get what pay for and Knightsbridge were worth every penny!

GoogleI found the Knightsbridge very thorough and professional from start to finish. My experience have been with the Oadby branch and they all have been brilliant, very approachable and patient. The sale progresser Samantha takes over after the initial sale is agreed on. She is really good and proactive in following the sale through. She responds to any thing and everything, even in trying to find me a van on the day when the people I had arranged to remove my stuff let me down. She listens patiently and advises very patiently. GoogleGreat at the start when came to take photos. Arranged viewings promptly and checked with us our availability. Sales progressor was patronising, somewhat unintelligent, spoke to us like we were children and although she said she had our back, we did not ONCE feel that she did and was always telling it us from our buyers’ perspective. Another person selling at the same time agreed with us, so we feel validated in that assessment.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe would not hesitate to recommend Knightsbridge to anyone looking to move. The Oadby office worked quickly to get our property to market (Scott) arrange viewings for us and then on our behalf negotiated the offers we had (Janet and Yvonne). However, the support we received to move our property from offer to exchange was invaluable as I am not sure we would have made it without the dedication of Sam who worked tirelessly on our behalf. We used the solicitor recommended to us by Knightsbridge and we have been so pleased with how they worked for us and liaised with Sam. All in all, whilst moving is a stressful process, Knightsbridge have been there for us at all times, despite the difficulties we all face currently with the pandemic and our sincere thanks therefore goes to them all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThe team in the Oadby branch (Janet, Yvonne & Samantha) have been fantastic throughout the process of the sale of our house. The WhatsApp group they set up when the house went on the market was a great way of arranging viewings and communicating with the team. Samantha did a great job keeping me updated and tracking the progress of the sale, from acceptance of the offer to exchange of contracts. I recommend them highly as I have been very satisfied with the service they provided.

GoogleWe used Knightsbridge to finds us tenants for our property which they found very quickly for us. The tenants were brilliant and the service we received from Knightsbridge was excellent for the duration of the tenancy. We then decided to sell the property and the team at the Oadby office did a fantastic job finding a buyer very quickly whilst we still had tenants in the house. The sale was completed on time despite all the problems with the covid situation. FacebookPoor Customer Service, Unknowingly took part in a contract race, which the agent confirm were they was aware of. but then disputes this depending on who you talk too. Apparently it is up to us to be clear of the code of practise, I didnt know that as a buyer i am meant to know all the rules of buying a house, i thought that was the estate agent's jobs. Numerous phone calls were made, which were not answered. Estate agent didnt seem to be aware what was happening which is strange given the role of an estate agent. If you do buy from the agent please make sure you are not relying on the agent to provide full information and handle it as if there is no agent in between the seller and buyer.

GoogleDespite a 'bumpy' start my case was taken on by Bethany at the Wigston branch and she has been excellent throughout. She maintained regular contact with me, I never had to chase her up. I found her to be friendly and professional at all times. She remembered the small details which makes a client feel they are important to the business.

GoogleComplete and utter waste of time. Never answer their phone. They just don't get it. If you don't answer the phone, you will not be able to book viewings with potential buyers for your prioperties. Call ends up at 'Reception' who keep telling you that the Oadby office is busy.

Probably the worst agent I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of trying to deal with... arrogant, poorly managed, treat people with such disrespect, you may think it’s a one off, unfortunately I have had the experience twice with them, if I was a developer I would never list any properties with this company.. stay clear and find a more deserving agent to deal with for both buying and selling.
