Fantastic service highly recommend. The team are super approachable and always happy to help. A massive thank you to Denise and Jake, genuinely cannot thank them enough for being supportive and efficient on my sale. Ben valued my house and kept in touch with me regularly as I was unable to put it on the market straightway. As soon as I was ready, he was very efficient getting the photos etc done and getting it onto the market quickly. I have recently used Knightsbridge Estate Agents in Oadby in Leicester to buy a property for mum. I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Denise, Ben and Amy for a fantastic professional service. It was a very stressful purchase and the team were extremely helpful and helped me secure our purchase. We viewed the property in May and only moved in November. They were very good offering advice, keeping me informed of the process and dealt with all the survey issues. The best thing about the team is that they get that buying a property is a very personal, life changing process and they were very empathetic understanding the whole emotional aspect. They went out of their way to help and even recommend trades people and removal companies. Our moving in present was just lovely and very thoughtful. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and will you use them again but hope not to move again for a very long time!

I have lived in the same house my whole life over 50 years. So the whole process of buying a house selling a house chains solicitors was all new to me. Once we found the house and the offer was accepted I assigned the work to a solicitor I thought that was the end of it. How wrong I was....I didn't realise the amount of chasing and e mails and documents that I would need to complete and how solicitors dont automatically know what you want. I was fortunate that knightsbridge offer the the follow up support. I had Denise who guided me through the process told me when I need to chase up when I needed to be patient, and when I was ready to throw the towel in she gave me encouragement to continue. I see now why so many house sales fall through and mine would have as well if I did not have Denise to guide me threw it.

Attempted to buy a house. Made an offer. I thought purchase was going well. There were some fundamental issues with the saleability of the house. No information, no communication. Arrogant agent who kept saying basically that they could get away with whatever they wanted because “this is stoneygate”. Avoid. I wouldn’t look at a house they were selling

Rob at Knightsbridge was magnificent, even though he wasn't even technically working for us! Our vendor used Knightsbridge, but it was our buyer who was causing delays.
