GoogleI always find their staff are so polite. They always get back to you and they always assist you even if you are not selling them. I think we will sell our house with them next time if we dont get the result we want as seems like the service is exceptional! I recall there are to girls callee Lara and Amy, they are very kind.

GoogleKnightsbridge sold my brother's house after he passed away last year. Every member of staff I dealt with showed tremendous kindness and professionalism. From day one they took charge; every step of the process explained and dealt with promptly. I was always kept fully advised and informed, but was never made to feel hassled. I found their level of customer service to be exceptional. I am very grateful to them for removing much of the stress from what has been extremely difficult and sad circumstances. GoogleHave viewed a few properties with Knightsbridge and often on the phone with them. All members of staff are helpful and polite. Robert in the office is amazing and so is Katie. Have had a few viewings with Katie and she is helpful, honest and very professional. When they say they are going to call back they do unlike some estate agents I have come across. Still hunting for a property and they are my go to people. For buyers and sellers I would not recommend anybody else. They have principles and offer an outstanding service.
