GoogleGlad to have left, won't use again and wouldn't advise others to either. During our three years tenancy we had to constantly chase the team at Haart Lettings Leicester to do their job. Each time the member of staff handling our tenancy left Haart we were not told about it and then had to do all the chasing ourselves to find out who we needed to speak with to get repairs done. Even when we knew who to contact, we had to constantly chase to get repairs put through. Upon leaving the property, Haart made no effort to contact us about ending our tenancy or reviewing the property. We were left attempting to call the office for several days, each time being put through to head office because no one at Haart Leicester answered and our calls were never returned. We were therefore unable to be present at the final review. Very unhappy about how this was handled.

GoogleInexcusably and consistently poor response times to queries and sometimes repairs. Expensive fees for renters I'll not consider them when I buy I've received a response to my review within 3 hours and yet I'm still awaiting a response to my email from 4 days ago This is typical haart
