GoogleDuring such trying times with Covid 19, we were unsure whether to put our house on the market. We called Haart and had Aman Kaur come over and give us a house valuation. We can’t stress how helpful this young girl is and her passion and drive to help just about anyone! She explained things so good and actually listened to our needs . So glad that we are using Haart . As Aman Kaur said “ it’s a service that stands out “ and she definitely is proving this. I hope this gets read and she is praised as she definitely deserves it. Such a positive attitude to have especially in the current situations that the world is facing.

GoogleOne of the worst agency ever. Rented through spicer haart and had a leak at the house. They haven’t done anything almost 4 months. They always bias with the landlords.Finally broke the tenancy earlier and vacated.Experienced worst things in my life with them. Lynna proctor was the property manager and very unprofessional employee ever. Please don’t rent through this agent ever

FacebookIf you are a contractor doing any work involving Haart be warned. I've just been thrown out of their office on Granby street because they did not have keys ready for me to collect to do my job. The office manager is very smug and I've lost a day's wage due to their incompetent staff.

FacebookRang up interested in a property and told I wouldn’t be accepted as I have a Ccj but I have a guarantor with excellent credit homeowner and savings. Also have excellent previous renting history. Really disappointed never had a problem with previous estate agents. Thats the whole point of having one as you have bad credit. They told me they have a very strict application process so any bad credit people with a guarantor avoid as they don’t want to know.
