GoogleVery impressed by the professionalism displayed by Coco Hardy from Haart. Coco gave a very honest and fair assessment of the true resale value of properties in Leicester's West End recently. She had obviously done her homework on sold and sale prices in the area.

GoogleI have just vacated a property let by Haart, Leicester. I lived at the property for 2 years, keeping it in immaculate condition - not just according to myself, but also the previous and current owner of the flat. I have been sent a list of "things needing fixing" after I vacated the property (to a total of £360); all of them either pre-existing or due to minimal tear and wear. I have also not been supplied with gas safety certificate for quite a long time:needless to point out that is a legal requirement for renting. I have moved and rented a lot due to my job over the years and I have never ever encountered such a poor treatment by any agency. Stay away, whether you are a tenant or a landlord. Very disappointing experience.

GoogleThe sale of my property has involved some unanticipated complications, which Haart have helped me navigate and deal with. They have kept in regular contact and always communicated well with me and my solicitor with regard to the progress of the sale. Covid has also had its impact in slowing down some of the essential legal procedures, and I've had tremendous proactive support from Kayleigh Huxley-Duggan in moving the process forward, resulting in successful completion of the sale. I am sure that it has not been an easy time for estate agents due to the limitations and restrictions imposed as we all get through the pandemic, but I am very satisfied with Haart and the way they have handled my sale.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleEfficient, polite and thorough. Haart always provide a brilliant service with well trained and informative staff. You may pay a little extra but it's worth it because they get the job done the first time. I've purchased one property and sold one property via Haart in Leicester and they got me the best price both times. Champions!

GoogleReally quick to get my property on the market and to then sell it at the price I wanted. Not always proactive with providing updates on my sale, I called them throughout the process more than they called me, however, overall I would definitely recommend Haart as an agent, overall the service was good.

GoogleI've always had trouble with estate agents not meeting an expected standard in the past and unforseen hassle in renting and eventually buying. This could not be further from the truth with Haart. Completely proffesional and friendly. Brad in particular was wonderful in going above and beyond in assisting me with my property. Thoroughly recommend.

GoogleMoved in 6 months ago. Highly unprofessional company, unfortunatley my full review has far too many characters to post here but has been sent to area directors. Hopefully this is the nudge they need for me to finally get a reply. In short, Don't recommend unless you want to move into somewhere crawling with dirt and a front door that doesn't lock.

GoogleReally pleased with the service provided. Kayleigh in particular was excellent in responding to my emails and returning my phone messages. When the phone lines were busy and messages were taken by non-Leicester branch staff, I would receive a call back fairly quickly. Happy client :)

GoogleHad an issue with the oven not working. This was sorted in a timely and efficient manner. I liaised with Lynna Proctor (heart property manager) who was able to arrange with the landlord a new installation. Very happy with the service she gave, especially within the current climate.
