GoogleI have rented several properties through different estate agents in Leicester, but First 4 Lettings has by far been the best. They are very responsive if we ever have a problem, great communication when organising routine inspections etc and are generally very easy to deal with.

GoogleTerrible! Staff are incredibly rude, hidden costs (administration payments, professional cleaning service at the end of tenancy etc. ). Have to pay at least three months in advance (unusual for rent payments), £75 call out cost (losing keys). I would recommend going to Habitio (next door letting agency) as they offer a much friendlier service, with far more reasonable agreement terms.
