Severe lack of integrity. They charge renewal fees every 6 or 12 months of Β£50 (update: this is now Β£100) instead of having rolling contracts. There's also extra "admin" fees for just emailing over a document and Β£50 admin fees on top of whatever they take from your deposit. Never heard of anything like it with other agencies. Notice how all good reviews on Google are from landlords, not tenants. Tenants, do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

We used to struggle with previous letting agent get one of our homes let but never with first 4 Lettings. Also the guys will always get in touch if there any problems ad deal with them efficiently in a cost effective manner so you know you can always rely on them. We have been with them for many years now and I cannot see us moving away ever.

I would highly recommend using First4Lettings, I have recently renewed my tenancy agreement for another year and I have to say it was a very smooth and efficient process. The staff at First4Lettings are very professional and always respond to my queries in a timely manner. Iβve only had two small maintenance issues and both were resolved within 24 hours, I donβt know any lettings agents who are as quick as First4Lettings.
