Sorry but you called to book a viewing for a couple of properties we have on the market which you have booked a viewing for tomorrow, one of the properties you wanted to see had already sold which is out of our control if you did not get to view this before it was sold. If you do have any questions we are always more than happy to help. I know you did not like the fact we could not show you properties today, but our vendors have asked for 24 hours notice as they are living at the property so we have to follow the vendors guidelines sorry if this did not meet your expections. Called to ask if a property was pet friendly. Was told "no the landlord is allergic" although they didn't ask what kind of pet.

Hi Christophe, I am sorry but the landlord has given us the instruction of no pets at all due to his allergies. So we passed this on as this was the landlord's instruction. This does not apply to all our properties and is reviewed depending on the individual landlord's instructions. Sorry, we could not be of further assistance with the property you enquired about. I think this is an unfair review on us as a company as we are not the owner of the property you asked to view and we have to act on the landlord's instructions.
