I applied for one of thier flats and was unaware of a CCJ on credit file for a private car park firm which wi dealtwith straight away and the staff would not give me my money back or offer me any alternatives or guarantor options and i have always paid bills and never hadany issues with renting previously. They kept the holding fee of £109.00 regardless and the excuse was they took the property off the market for a day which is ridiculous the way they treat people. BE AWARE
