I bought a house via Abbey Lettings and I was impressed with the service. The communication was excellent and they responded in a timely manner. In particular I'd like to thank Lia Brooks for her professionalism. The only negative is that the vendor was in a chain and we did not find out until we were about to exchange. Not sure if Abbey Lettings knew about this but our solicitor was not informed until the last minute.

William initially came to value my mums property and was exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. We let Abbey Sales put it on the market and we cannot praise them enough. We were consistently updated, given advice when needed, we had the most dealings with Lia who again has been constantly helpful, professional and a credit to her company. I recently rented a property through Abbey Lettings and Sales, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Having dealt with many agencies in the past, I can honestly say their correspondence is amongst the fastest I have ever experienced. Absolutely can not recommend Karl and his team enough. Right from the start, we received prompt and efficient input from Karl. Karl was able to go through the whole process with us and his wealth of experience was evident throughout our dealings with him. From setting up the advertisement for the house, including pics and a video tour, to pricing and all the technicalities, we received the right advise. We were able to sell our property to the right buyer for the right price. We used their service of allowing the agents to conduct the viewing, which worked out well as we have kids and I work on a shift pattern, so our availability is not so good. Karl was great at going through all the details at the viewing, he was early and was well prepared. Once we found our buyer, all checks were done and we were able to progress receiving frequent updates on the sale process. Toby was very good in following up the solicitors for updates and made sure everything went smoothly with the final exchange and completion. The team were always available and friendly and responded In a very timely manner. Never have we had such a responsive service.
