GoogleVisited the office on Tuesday afternoon. New tenants installed by Friday of the same week. At the asking price, and a respectable pair of gentlemen too. Staff were very helpful and kept me fully informed. Could not have asked for more.

GoogleI have used Belvoir! to manage property for almost 10 years and they have consistently come up to the highest standard. The professional level of contact, liaison and co-ordination between myself, the tenants and also with outside contractors has been smooth and I really haven't had to chase up anything beyond what they said would be done. Top marks and I'll continue to use only Belvoir! in the future. 10/10

GoogleTerrible service! Unhelpful, rude and refuse to accept the mistakes made by themselves. Seems like no one knows what they're doing and always have to "get back to you" with the answer, which is never done.

GoogleThey don’t deserve any star at all. They fixed a viewing for me since last week and even sent a reminder two days ago. Only for me to get here and they said it not in their calendar and I had to walk down here, I’m 8 months pregnant.

GoogleOur tenancy was transferred a year and a half into our tenancy. During the tenancy we were misinformed about rent amounts and repeatedly told we owed when we didn't. Once we had left, claimed an unreasonable amount on damages (done by previous tenants and events out of our control) on the deposit which has taken 6 weeks after the tenancy to resolve.

GoogleBelvoir are without doubt the best letting agents I've ever used and I've been renting for 18 years. The whole process was easy from start to finish and they even went out of their way to resolve the minor issues which came up along the way rather than making it a roadblock to the process. I'd recommend them above any letting agent in the area.

GoogleBelvoir only did the tenant finding part of my letting, I contacted the landlord directly after that. The process was fine but staff didn't seem amazingly 'can-do' when I needed to print a copy of a bank statement. If I hadn't argued for them to let me print it from their office it'd have held up the process for a few days unnecessarily.

GoogleTried to book to view properties to buy. They are so rude, sounds like he just got up from a nap. Will never purchase any of their properties based on customer service alone. Disgusting.

GoogleBelvoir are an excellent agency, very helpful, got the repairs done immediately, when we vacated the flat, the bloke who came was very helpful, obviously goes without saying you have to be a good tenant, we changed the carpet, painted the walls which was only £120, but got our whole deposit within 5 working days, this agency is fantastic for decent tenants

GoogleVery unprofessional. Chose wrong tenants who ruined our property. Left holes in our ceiling and took no responsibility for it. Had to change our agent. Let down by them. Stay away

GoogleTerrible letting agent, make you wait 1 week for an appointment then resedule the appointment twice then call you the morning of your appointment to cancel it.
Thank you for taking time to provide us with your feedback. In this particular event we were notified by the landlord on the morning of your appointment that he had accepted an application therefore meaning we could not show further prospective tenants around the property. Please do accept our apologies on this occasion however this is the process we must follow to ensure it is fair for those putting an application forward.
