GoogleAgent turned up late for the viewing, the agent we had moving in wasn't helpfull at all. Had no manners. The worst part was they didn't tell us what energy supplier we had, yet instead they signed us to the supplier and not ask for permission to do so. I wouldn't recommend this place. Awfull

GoogleWhat a wonderful and refreshing change from the previous letting agent. They are all friendly, whilst offering a comprehensive, informative and professional service. They keep you informed of every aspect of the property and tenant. The team of workmen that they deal with offer excellent services at competitive prices. I cannot commend them highly enough.

GoogleThis is a shocking agency!!! They showed my daughter a property with exposed wires near a gas flame in the kitchen, and just said there's no legal requirement for an electrical safety check. The place was dangerous, for goodness sake. Landlords, steer clear; if you're someone looking to rent a property, steer even clearer.

GoogleCan't help but feel they fleased us when we left our tenancy. We had to pay for damage that was already there or through things that was wear and tear, not to mention they charge a lot of money for simple cheap things like cleaning... Glad I'm not renting again, and glad it's not with Belvoir.

GoogleAnnoying to get maintenance issues sorted - their procedure wastes time as you're not in contact with the landlord. We lost half of our £1200 deposit for no real reason. Make sure you take photos of every issue when you move in or you will be charged for damage you didn't cause.

Prompt in arranging everything for us, albeit with a longer than average application process (& thourough). Overall I am continuing to be happy with their services and will definitely use them in future.
