GoogleI rang about a property for sale on ladderedge in leek through Rightmove on Friday morning, I informed the lady I was a cash buyer and very interested in the property, they told me there were no viewings before Wednesday but they wouldn’t accept any offers until people had time to view, I received a phone call on Tuesday to say the house was no longer for sale and an offer had been accepted. I have no idea how this is possible as I was happy to pay over the asking price which the vendor is obviously unaware of. I’ve dealt with property all my life and this is completely unacceptable and Unethical, I hope the vendors read this and ask Denise white why this happened.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI bought a house listed with Denise White earlier this year. Hands down the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Communication was amazing and staff where always really friendly, professional and efficient. Denise White also went the extra mile and dealt with issues on my solicitors side to help the process along, I really can't talk highly enough of them and other agents should learn how to do business from them. Without doubt would use Denise White for my property needs.

What was really reassuring was, if we had any queries or concerns about the sale of our house Denise was on hand to provide very detailed guidance in a way that was easy to understand. Denise made the selling of our home a breeze. An excellent estate agent and would definitely recommend and use again.

FacebookWhat can I say but Wow! After years of indecision we finally went for it and put our house on the market. We chose Denise and her team as they were so open, realistic and honest, didn’t give us the spiel and hard sell. We liked what we saw - a family run business who wanted the best for their customers. And that is what we got…… amazing write up on our property, fantastic photographs, brilliant communication from Sam and Donna, a portal to see new viewings and feedback and the property was marketed everywhere. It’s hardly surprising that we sold within the fortnight….. but the support didn’t end there. Throughout the whole process we were contacted and informed of developments. I have to take this opportunity to thank Denise and her team for being there throughout the process and making a “known to be stressful experience” one that we would be happy to do again - but only with Denise and team 😉

On both properties Denise negotiated really well & got us a price we were more than happy with. She was always available on the phone & always returned any messages I left. Nothing was too much trouble! Definitely goes that extra mile to look after her customers! Both sales went through with no hitches. GoogleAsk about house was there any parking and got email back saying wasn't taking anymore appointments on this house and they would put me on there books . House didn't sell till about 3 weeks later. So didn't answer my question and haven't had any emails about any house. I Really like the house . Very poor
