I was a 1st time buyer and as with what I expect a lot of people are experiencing in the current market, it was a long and complicated process. Zara was my main contact throughout the process and I also had dealings with Phil and Danni who were also amazing. Friendly, helpful and always available they guided me through the purchase which has enabled me to secure a home even more awesome than I was originally hoping for. I really cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much for helping me with one of the biggest experiences of my life :)!

Used Denise White recently to sell, after having a couple of estate agents visiting my property, Denise White just offered the more bespoke package required to market my property. They were attentive and showed professionalism throughout the process. They marketed my property well giving it the best opportunity for sale, which generated an incredible amount of interest. I would like to put in a separate mention to Ella, she was excellent throughout she assisted every step of the way answering many queries and always going above and beyond. Steve showed us around a property and was lovely and informative - I barely had to ask any questions about the property because he gave me the answers right off the bat which immediately stood out to me compared to other agents I’ve viewed with in the area. As a first time buyer I brought my parents along with me to make sure that everything was okay and to ask the questions I was too inexperienced to ask, but at the end of the viewing Steve still addressed me and asked if I had any questions at all. I thought this was a really lovely touch and I really appreciate that he addressed the question to me and not my parents!

After 3 months with another estate agency and no viewings and very little communication we decided to change to Denise White. What a difference our house was sold within 4 days on first viewing. Marketing was super and the on line description actually made you want to buy the house. Photographs were also brilliant. Great knowledge of the local market and clear communication throughout the selling process we would definitely recommend, in fact 2 other houses in our village of Waterhouses also changed to Denise with equal success. I only wish we had used them in the first place.

Having recently used the services of Denise White Estate Agents( Leek office) I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to help guide you through the sales process.
