I have engaged both the lettings service and sales service proved by DW estate agents, and have had a positive experience with both. On the lettings side sourcing a suitable occupant, assisting with resolving issues with the property and obtaining the required certifications. Keeping in regular communication at each stage of the process. On the sales side providing a professional sales brochure and photos of the property, plus handling and providing and efficient viewings service. Knowledgeable staff with a regular point of contact. I would use again.

During an 11-month house purchasing process, Dani from Denise White became both our point of contact for the sellers and their solicitors, but also someone who was incredibly understanding and considerate of the issues that we were facing. She was both supportive and never once took our venting on the parties and process involved personally. Denise White and her team have recently sold our house and I just wanted to leave this review because we are truly grateful for how much effort they put into our sale. Every member of staff that we contacted was professional and went above and beyond to solve our queries and questions. They were contactable Monday - Saturday and replied reliably. We initially chose to sell with Denise White because it felt like a personal service and genuinely fair valuation. This service continued throughout and we had a steady flow of people coming to view our house which then sold within three weeks, in a market that didn't really seem to be moving so we were very pleased with this! All I can say is that if we were to sell again then we would definitely use Denise White again and I recommend their services to other people as well.
