GoogleService has been professional, convenient and prompt. Lots of different ways to contact the company and all done to suit the client. There were complications as our tenant let us down at the last minute, but Denise White's team sorted it out for us with minimal fuss. Recommend this company!

FacebookWe had two agents come to value our property to sell. Steph came from Denise White's and she was amazing. She guided us through the whole process, was so kind and helpful. She helped us with the photos by advising what to move and how to make it look amazing! The other company we had was very depressing, telling us that the house needed a lot of work, and insulted the decoration (the whole house is cream, plain but functional). so we decided to go with Denise. We put the house on the market and within 45 minutes of it being live we had a viewing booked. We were offered £20,000 more than we were expecting. The whole sale went very smoothly with frequent contact and updates from Denise's Team. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend. Thank you so much we are extactic in our new house! ❤️

GoogleDenise is absolutely lovely and extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market. She incorporates local knowledge with modern techniques for selling houses such as social media, online viewings and videos which I believe gives her the edge over other estate agents in the town. She sells property quickly and keeps you up to date with the process really quickly and smoothly. FacebookI can’t recommend Denise white estate agents enough! We put our house on the market September 2020. We had a fantastic experience selling our house from start to finish. Denise is very knowledgable and professional and approachable in her field and I couldn’t have hoped for a better sale as we accepted an offer within less of a week being on the market! The viewings were strategically arranged making it easy for us to plan in around our day, but also worked well for buyers. FacebookDenise came to sell my old house, helped me to maximise the space to take fantastic photos. it went on the market on the monday, and sold by the wednesday. she then helped me to find my perfect new home, helped me to negotiate the best deal. she literally held my hand throughout the whole process and was there to calm me at every step. if it's a personal service you want, then this is the lady for you. will definitely recommend her to anyone I know buying or selling a house and will use her again next time. 🏘🏡🏠💖👌
Denise is a true professional, we worked together previously and she was so helpful when I joined the company we worked for, she helped me no end with her abundance of knowledge. Nothing is ever too much trouble, she is a hard worker and was the highest performing agent in her previous role, month in month out, so imagine the service and results she will deliver working for herself.
