STRATA 360We moved into our new Strata home at their new 360 location last week and have had an excellent experience during both the building and aftercare period. Charlotte in the Sales office, as well as the on-site team Ryan and Daz, have been more than accommodating from day one taking a lot of the stress out of the initial move.We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new build house.

We know that the roads and community centre at Elegance have taken longer than anticipated and we fully understand and appreciate your frustration. This is not a reflection of the experience we aim to create at Strata . Whilst you might not see physical presence currently on site, we want to assure you that we are working hard in the background to ensure that all the roads are completed to an adoptable standard.We feel it’s really important to clearly communicate the scope of works which are outstanding and the timescales for completion. Therefore, we will be sending a letter over the next two of days confirming outstanding works on the development, which will be followed by a programme that will confirm our expected timescales to complete the work. We will also be offering a residents meeting to discuss and offer the opportunity to ask questions and understand why this remains ongoing. Many thanks,Strata

It seems that the sales team are unable to tell you how much something actually is. They will happily load another 10K on a property overnight and blame it on a "misunderstanding."
