GoogleThe service of this agency is flawless. The app works smoothly and guides us through the application process seamlessly. In addition, the agents are there almost 24/7 to help in case of need, ours was Briggita, always nice and caring. Our previous experiences renting as a migrant full-time employed couple were challenging. All things were difficult, lots of doors closed, and sometimes heartbreaking answers. This time we had the chance to meet our landlord personally (an exceptional gentleman) and the Redbrick team, knowledgeable and supportive. We cannot wait to be in our new apartment enjoying the views and the vibes of our new neighborhood! GoogleRedbrick have been great to me as a landlord. Over the years I've tried a few different agents. And mostly they are confusing, or it's all sell and no follow through. Redbrick have been the opposite since I came on to them, after stumbling across their website. I think that's one of the reasons they've done well for me. The website looks really smart which I've always said makes a big difference, especially with students and younger folk. It's all going that way. Think that's also probably the main reason why they always get my flat filled quickly when there is a changover of tenants. Though they've been professional to deal with in other ways, and have offered me some good advice about making my flat more appealing to students.

GoogleRedbrick Properties were very responsive to our request to visit and view one of their holdings. Harry even telephoned to let us know that he was running a bit late...even though he was on time. He demonstrated knowledge of the property and fully explained the process to “close the deal” when we expressed interest in leading the specific unit. GoogleIf I could give less than one star I would, horrible communication and allowed us to live in a house where the roof was caving in on us due to poor plumbing. When trying to get back our deposits they were unhelpful and adamant that the house required 13 hours of cleaning when all that was possibly messy was the skirting boards and water stains on the faucet. Completely unreasonable company and should be avoided heavily if you want to have a nice student house.
