GoogleWould absolutely recommend Northwood. From the initial evaluation, to arranging the first viewings, collating the offers and through all of the actual contracting process to exchanging keys, they were efficient and professional throughout. Particularly shout out to Tyler as the main point of contact - she responded to any query quickly, and made what can be a very stressful process, go very smoothly. Wish all estate agents were this organised!

GoogleI have used Northwood for the past 5 years, firstly letting my property and latterly selling it. Throughout all this time Northwood have been very professional, courteous and above all so helpful. Jade took us through the letting process and she was very efficient, ringing, emailing when there was anything you report and always so helpful and friendly. Karen helped us through the selling process, which was very tortuous because of problems with my solicitor, but she was always on hand to help the process along, and going above and beyond the work an estate agent would normally do, and again very friendly along the way! I would recommend Northwood most highly.

Richard was incredibly well prepared, honest and helpful. He is clearly very experienced and took time to explain his rational when bringing our home to the market. He knows the local area well and was confident in pitching our property appropriately with other similar ones available. His communications when arranging our meeting were timely and friendly and he was punctual for our chosen appointment. I would highly recommend him.

GoogleBest lettings agent I have worked with. Adam and Tyler made our move completely stress free through their professional but personable manner. They were always on hand to talk to, and really prompt in helping us secure the property, and sorting any questions or queries there after. Whilst I only have experience as a tenant, I will look to use them in the future if/ when it comes to purchasing/ selling any future properties, as the way the team work shows genuine care and interest in their clients. Then we were introduced to Northwood Estate Agents in Chapel Allerton, Leeds and they have been incredible. Tyler is our Account Manager and she's Fantastic. Very thorough. Very friendly and personable. Nothing has been too much trouble for Tyler and she has quickly dealt with our queries efficiently and without any fuss. GoogleI can't praise Northwood enough. If there had been 10 stars I would have awarded them. Right from the start Matthew was professional, knew all about the area and similar propery sales and gave excellent advice on how to sell the property. After agreeing on a buyer Abi took over. Her service was invaluable in 'nudging' along the solicitors and communicating between me and the buyer. Both understood my difficult position in having to sell and were really empathetic. Both got back to me when they said they would, and no chasing was required. On an odd occasion another member of staff comunicated with me instead of leaving me waiting. The sale and completion was completed quickly. I would just like to thank everyone at Northwood!

GoogleI have been looked after by Andy and his team at Northwood Leeds for approximately 10 years, initially as a landlord and then recently when I came to sell my property. Over that time I have found the team friendly, professional and extremely fair to both myself and the tenants. Andy in particular has been a pleasure to deal with. He always has good suggestions on how to best to proceed in any given situation. I have been a very 'hands off' landlord and they have been exceptional at getting any necessary work done by their contractors quickly, at a reasonable price and with minimal inconvenience to me! They have also been very helpful in taking most of the costs of this work out of my rental payments rather than me having to pay upfront. During the sale of my house they have gone above and beyond. They have done all the negotiations with the buyers and the tenants for me and given me good advice (even in retrospect). There was an issue with the house found on the survey which required building work and complex negotiations between the builder and the surveyor as to exactly what needed to be done including building materials and re inspection. They sorted all this for me in a timely fashion without me having to organise any of it, keeping me informed and getting my consent at each step. Essentially the only thing I needed to do was the paperwork that legally needed to be done by myself. All in all they are an excellent team and I couldn't have asked for more!

GoogleRichard definitely knows his stuff. A recent valuation appointment of our house meant choosing Northwood was the obvious choice. Compared to other local estate agents, Richard stood out due to how interested he was in our home and it's saleable features. It was clear that he had also done some detailed research on current house prices in the area so as to build confidence that the price we are going to sell our house at is both realistic and achievable.
