We chose Northwood as the agent for a probate sale, from the outset they were helpful and professional. Richard guided us through the process without pressure and once engaged facilitated viewings and ensured the marketing collateral showed the house to its best advantage. When we reached offer stage Charlotte was amazing, she kept us updated & really went the extra mile to relay messages and paperwork between us and the vendor, when the initial sale fell through Northwood gave us the time we needed to assess our options before supporting us to find a new buyer. Yet again, Charlotte was great at keeping us up to date and chivying things along. The nature of this sale meant it was hard for us at times but all the employees at Northwood worked together to make it as easy as possible and guide us through the process. Post sale they accommodated the return of overlooked items from the vendor to us. Thank you Northwood and especially Charlotte for all your support.

Was going through with the purchase of 4 Allerton Grove LS17 6RD. Karen Jakubovic was my sales coordinator through Northwood she was really helpfull throughout the process and kept me well informed. I required additional documents from the seller due to past subsidence issues and Karen was very responsive in going back and forth. She did go the extra mile to try and move things as swiftly as possible. Ultimately the property failed the valuation due to on going subsidence so i did not proceed with the purchase. Good learning experience £500 down for the structural survey but nevertheless cant say anything bad about Northwood and lovely Karen.

We would highly recommend Northwood to anyone hoping to sell their home. Our sale was very difficult due to our original buyers withdrawing at the 11th hour. But, were able to resolve this with a new purchaser within 24 hours to get the sale back on track - thanks to Northwood and their staff. I had a very bad experience with my previous state agent (dp) and was sceptical with Northwood initially. My experience with Northwood has transformed my view of the state agent sector as a whole - there are poorly managed ones but also excellent ones, such as Northwood. There is an excellent professional team at Northwood, from the initial valuing (Adam), to management (Jade), the accounts team (Peter) and many others who I have not dealt with directly. I was informed at every step of the rental process and advised and assisted accordingly (obtaining landlord insurance, electrical condition report etc). Peter at the accounts team emailed me at 6am the day after receiving the tenant payment to inform me the fund is coming into my account the next day with a breakdown of itemised bills. All documents (inventory with detailed forms and photos, electrical condition report, energy performance report and contract etc.) were sent to me in a timely manner. With my previous agent, I received few formal documents and had to routinely chase rental payment (after the tenant informed me they had paid one or two weeks prior), I found dealing with Northwood is such a fresh breath of air and extremely impressed by their professional conduct and excellent service! I would highly recommend Northwood to any tenants and landlords.
