GoogleI was struggling to get my flat let with a previous agent I've had a longstanding relationship with. A neighbour recommended northwood and I got the introduction by Adam. Adam, Daniel and the rest of the team were very attentive to my requests and delivered a very professional service with the utmost urgency and ended up delivering with a tenant. GoogleRenting my late step-fathers house, loads broke, repairs & redecorating was needed, at a time of great stress. Northwood had all their own suppliers working at reasonable rates, great response times and high standard of work. Office staff managed all aspects, just asking you what you'd like doing and then doing it all for you. Can't speak highly enough of them, and appreciate all the work you've done for the family this year. Happy Christmas.

GoogleThe purchase of the property proved to be quite complicated as it was advertised as “freehold “but the vendors had to purchase the lease first before the house could be bought as freehold. This took longer than I expected but Northwood guided me through all the legal challenges and kept me informed of any news. I thank them for their patience and help. I will certainly call on them for any future purchases.

I chose to use Northwood to sell my property because they have always done an excellent job managing it as a rental for me. Their integrity and work ethic became invaluable when my sale was disrupted by multiple issues on the buyer's side. Charlotte Ford, in particular, worked tirelessly to resolve problems and her diplomacy saved the sale from falling through on several occasions. I had complete trust in her abilities and this made a stressful sale mush easier for me. I would recommend Northwood wholeheartedly, if you are looking for an estate agent who will always respond quickly and represent your interests effectively.

GoogleWe can’t thank the team at Northwood enough, from the minute we received contact with them right through to the completion the service was second to none. Always answering emails, following up or chasing up the process. We had a few problems along the way but they always tried to resolve issues with buyers/agents/solicitors. We worked very closely with Karren and Adam, all the other team members were very good too. Thanks again 😊

GoogleNorthwood Leeds are brilliant and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Having used other agents in years gone by I’ve definitely appreciated Northwood’s professional approach and more importantly the quality service. Although not the cheapest agent when it comes to fees, I personally feel they’re worth every penny as they do a fantastic job!
