We’ve had a great experience with Northwood over the last year of our tenancy. They are super responsive, thoughtful and helpful. Whenever we have had issues with the property (e.g washing machine broke), they supported us and came to a solution very quickly. Jade has particularly been great throughout!

GoogleI had a viewing in on 09-Mar-2020 at 5:45PM for the Gledhow Court, LS7 4NL. I waited for atleast 40 mins but no agent came or contacted me, this is the level of poor professionalism. Highly UNRECOMMENDED. Further to mention i called them twice to confirm the timing and they confirmed that yes the viewing in is confirmed but nobody showed or contacted me even all the night. Poor professional staff so you can expect a type of property that have advertised. Extremely poor company and stupid unprofessional staff !!!!
Hi Faizan. I’m very sorry about this however we’re at a loss to see how this happened. There were several viewings at this property yesterday afternoon. I’ve just spoken to the viewer before you (5.30pm) and the person who viewed the property booked at 6.00pm has submitted an application. Our team member was there between these times so we can’t see how we missed each other?? We’ll call you shortly to discuss further and hopefully get you re-booked. Regards, Andy

GoogleNorthwood have been great! I rented from them for just over 10 years. Throughout those years, I have never had a single complaint. Service was always good, friendly staff and very easy to work with when issues popped up. Northwood go above and beyond. I would happily rent or buy from them again.

GoogleI have recently bought a property through Northwood in Chapel Allerton. After searching for a property for almost a year, dealing with many estate agents and he service they provide. It is easy to say Northwood were the friendliest and most helpful. I feel they always had my best interest at heart as a buyer and helped make vital decisions with realistic advise and honesty; which is appreciated given the gravitas of the decision you have to make. I would recommend using Northwood as they were always happy to help and seem to be just as excited as myself each step of the way! Great service and thank you!

GoogleFantastic service. Great price. Excellent communication. Pleasant staff. After renting through Northwood for the past year I can honestly say that they have been nothing but exceptional. From first meeting them at the viewing, to checking out, their friendly and honest service was something that made us feel comfortable and valued as tenants. They handled everything quickly and efficiently, and if there were anything we needed or asked for, the service we received was second to none. I would highly recommend Northwood to anyone. It is a shame that they don't let properties out in our new area.

GoogleJust like another, I can’t help but think the positive reviews are fake! Discussed renting a property, spoke to numerous employees and management. Without giving too much information advised that the rent was not something that could be afforded? When further proof was provided they started backtracking? Went with someone else and got a better place to rent. It cost a lot more than the property Northwood advertised but it is painfully clear I can afford it. Would not recommend Northwood at all.

GoogleI chose to use Northwood to sell my property because they have always done an excellent job managing it as a rental for me. Their integrity and work ethic became invaluable when my sale was disrupted by multiple issues on the buyer's side. Charlotte Ford, in particular, worked tirelessly to resolve problems and her diplomacy saved the sale from falling through on several occasions. I had complete trust in her abilities and this made a stressful sale mush easier for me. I would recommend Northwood wholeheartedly, if you are looking for an estate agent who will always respond quickly and represent your interests effectively.
