Gemma and Rochelle were really, really helpful and kind. We were FTBs and so were pretty clueless on the process. They continually kept us updated, helped proactively chase our solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. We had a bad experience with our solicitor and they did their very best to keep us positive. Thank you so much - we really appreciated you guys.

Used twice , first time buying my first home and currently just used them selling that particular house and buying another. Very friendly staff , got the job done. I have dealt with mainly Debbie and Megan Hirst which have been great as always. I won’t be moving for a while but I will always keep these guys in mind for next time :)

Dale was wonderful, but we have noticed that Ian Thompson doing the weekly inspection has since April said the kitchen units need something doing obviously this was never chased up because the kitchen units still need work. Also no one told us that the water had been turned off at the mains because of a boiler leak. So guys if you are responsible for selling the property ensure whoever is selling it listens to you. 3* for neglect of duties 10* for Dale
Thank you for taking the time to review your experience and your kind comments about Dale. With regards to the property itself, this was marketed by a corporate client and was "sold as seen" the property was inspected weekly by our staff, this and the rather large alarm system was purely to ensure the safety of the property and not the cosmetic appearance of it. The property had been drained down and utilities switched off prior to us marketing the property, we simply made a note of the kitchen for our own records, it had been reported to the client, who had no intention of repairing it. It is normal practice for buyers to check the amenities before exchange of contract and therefore I would have hoped you would have raised concerns prior to your review on Trust pilot. When purchasing a flat Lesley Alexander was our contact at Mannings and she worked very hard to prevent the purchase from falling through. It was a difficult purchase but her tenacity was paramount in a successful purchase. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

What I thought was a great experience at the start went all pear shaped. Had a viewing booked with a confirmation. No one showed up to the property, no one informed me about of any changes. I have texted and left a voicemail for the office to get back to me. No response. Very disappointed.
