TrustpilotFantastic experience
Manning Stainton were the estate agent selling the property we have purchased. Macy from the Horsforth branch has dealt with the purchase and she has been amazing! She was excellent in making sure the purchase stayed on track, chasing solicitors and other agents in the chain and providing updates to us. She always responded promptly to any requests and was generally a pleasure to deal with. All though Manning Stainton didn’t sell our property (we’re moving from another area of the UK) based on our experience as a seller, I would definitely use them as a selling agent.

They kept me updated as to feedback on the viewings of the property I was selling. Then I found another property I wanted to buy on the back of my sale and they negotiated with the vendors of the property I wanted to buy to hold the sale until I sold mine

After a long period of looking for a property in a matter of just over 1 week we had had an offer accepted! Laura was excellent throughout the process and came back to me within 20 minutes of offering and contacting the vendor.
