The process of managing tenants and new and expiring lettings is always difficult - but all of the stress was taken out of it by Deborah Tooley & Luke Whaler. Updates to the property were secured and taken care of and the whole process was very efficient.

When we opened the door by ourselves for the first time, there was a little bit shock. A high pile of garbage stood in the kitchen, other pieces littering from the table to the floor. We had to pay to have them removed.There are still some garbage in the closet of the boiler, sending out heavy mouldy smell. We'll get rid of them this weekend.Last night when a neighbour came for a talk, we both noticed the heavy black dust deposited along the chain of the front door.
