TrustpilotVery helpful staff and very good communication
All the staff were very helpful and the process went reasonably smoothly. The delay in completion was due to the Landlord not returning required documents but the team helped in chasing these. At all times I was kept up to date on where we were in finalising the sale.
Thank you for your kind review David, and thank you for choosing Manning Stainton

TrustpilotGreat Service
Having never before Let our property, we really appreciated all the advice and guidance given by Joe Thornton & Deborah Tooley at South Leeds Lettings. As a result, preparation of the flat for rental and subsequent marketing, was a swift and successful process. Thank you!
Hi Maria, thank you for leaving both Joe and Deborah such a great review! So pleased you were happy with our service.

TrustpilotWould not recommend
I felt the valuation provided by Mannings was reasonable. We passed quickly through Sales and Marketing and received an offer above the asking price. My issue with Mannings is that I feel the company focussed solely on completing the sale rather than my needs as their client. I would not recommend Manning Stainton Estate Agents.

TrustpilotFabulous service from start to finish
Fabulous service from start to finish. Communication throughout was great. Elizabeth and Laura are quite clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what they do and they deliver what they promise. I’ve always had a good experience with M.S having sold two properties in quick time. I’d only consider using them in the future.
Thank you Laura

Would have given five stars but for one thing a sign was never erected on the property and we understood one would be. We asked on two occassions and were told one would be put up so slightly disappointed by that. But otherwise all staff kept us informed and were helpful and polite.
Thank you for the feedback, we can see multiple requests on our system for board orders. Apologies if that didn't materialise
