Moving is never easy, Charlotte Murrie from Manning Stainton pudsey helped me navigate the process to make it as easy as possible. Shehandled both my sale and purchase, was very considerate throughout, answering all my questions and providing advice where appropriate. I can’t see myself wanting to move anytime soon, but if I did I’d come back to manning.

Can't thank Vicky enough for everything she has done for us. Had a great experience with Manning Stainton. Purchase had its difficulties due to various reasons but the service from them was excellent throughout. Our contact was Charlotte Murrie who was professional, always quick to respond and just a pleasure to deal with. The rest of the team in the office were always super helpful too, whenever I called. I would recommend MS to anyone looking to sell a home.

I put my house on the market on 1 Oct 20. Living alone I was very anxious as I had not sold a property beforeThe valuation was with Lesley who was friendly honest,realistic and extremely knowledgeable of house prices. She priced it 7.5k more than I thought, within 36 hours on the market Lesley put a hold on viewings as we had over 30. It sold instantly, I then had a move manager, Kay Berry to assist till completion, Kay was outstanding, daily updates, constantly chasing solicitors, really helpful explaining all stages, Kay dealt with all the stress and frustration I had a stress free experience, Manning Stainton crossgates are not only worth every penny, but cheap for the stress free, caring, friendly professional service they provided, would definitely use you again and highly recommend them. So what started out with this year being an horrific experience within a week everything got smoothed over, I had a visit from an wonderful gent called John, who helped us sort everything out and from what caused us a lot of stress has totally relieved us of it all. Honestly thrilled with the outcome and that's all thanks to mark manning himself and John wonderful customer service from both parts and me and my partner are now more than happy. Honestly guys any issues with this company I promise you it will get sorted if you take the right routes and be patient.

Our initial introduction to Manning Stainton was through Emma Griffiths, who gave us our initial valuation. Emma was very helpful, she listened and took notice of our requirements and needs. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she reassured us at times when we felt anxious throughout points of sale. When our property was put on the market , Claire Ward was allocated as our Sales Negotiator. Throughout the entire process Claire was genuine, professional, efficient and went above and beyond making sure our sale was seamless from start to finish. We would not hesitate to recommend both Emma and Claire in the future, to anyone who is thinking about moving house . Their professionalism and attention to detail is impressive and they are an asset to Manning Stainton.

I have just brought a house in Bramley, which was being marketed by Manning Stainton. As i live near Cambridge, and their have been Covid restrictions of course, I can only say how helpful and professional they have been through the entire process. This included also sorting for me to buy some of the furniture from the seller, which was extremely helpful. Victoria Alexander kept in constant contact through the process and made it a smooth and sometimes even a fun experience. In fact, she helped me refine my requirements and search area, which was also extremely helpful in even finding the property I brought. My sincere thanks and genuine recommendation for them.

Amazing service all round. I cannot thank everyone at mannings enough for their help, advice and support during our house sale. From the initial valuation John Putsman was really open and honest with me and gave great advice on what changes to make to the house to get it "market/photo ready". His valuation was fair and he provided real insight into the local housing market to justify his price. The communication from start to finish was impeccable I never had to chase anyone and was kept informed and up to date throughout.Vicky Alexander was amazing she gave me such great advice, continuously looked for ways to get us more viewing and publicise our property, once sold she kept pushing for movement on the sale. She was fab and I hope the next time we move we get Vicky again!We were also viewing many properties with Mannings and Debbie was fab at showing us houses and finding us great properties to view. She gave great advice again and was lovely to deal with.Everyone in the office gave exceptional service and we certainly won't be looking at any other agents for our next move, straight to mannings I cannot recommend them enough, moving is stressful and they made it much easier.

My brother and I were dealing with the loss of our Dad and Debbie was so kind, considerate, respectful and super efficient.
