Great customer service all round, the staff are great and really quick at resolving issues/answering queries and getting back to you. Had my second viewing with Jan from Manning Stainton today. She was absolutely lovely, really helpful and took her time to explain everything thoroughly. She even took the time to show me similar properties that may be of interest to me.

Beyond ludicrous.I attempted to sell my property 4 times with them over a 7 month period. Offers were accepted but on all accounts they failed to move sale to close. Mixed messages, stories changed, one team members in particular failed to negotiate through issues and it was up to me to chase them. I pulled the plug after realising they did not have my interest at heart, went to a competitor solid at asking price in 1 week!Avoid this company at all costs, happy to discuss in more detail as I never want anyone to have to deal with these people in the way I had to.
