Our experience with Manning Stainton selling our house was excellent. The general team were brilliant all through the process as was our Move Manager, Zaini Miraj. She gave regular progress updates and chased people where and when needed to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. We recommend using Manning Stainton and also the work of Zaini. The original sale of the property fell through due to the inability of the original buyers solicitors recommended by Manning Stainton being able to do their job properly. The move manager associated with this sale was very supportive and communicated throughout the frustrating process.The second attempt at selling worked out in the end but the move manager was almost silent in the communication through the processDue to the property being empty Manning Stainton didn't take care when showing viewers around the property leaving lights on in the property for over a week and not leaving the property as they found it

Vicky provided a fantastic customer service all the way through. She provided great advice and got me a great mortgage deal that I'm really happy with. She explained everything really clearly, always great communication, responding promptly with any questions or queries I had. She was so helpful and clearly knows her stuff making the mortgage process as stress free as possible. I would definitely contact Vicky again for mortgage or insurance advice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Smooth and quick move in and Manning Stainton Mooretown accommodated to my requests (a fast move in / turn around). Had some issues with comms stemming from replacement keys which was my fault initially, but Briony was great in liaising with me and resolving the issue in the end. Overall, would recommend 👍

The build up to moving in was a little stressful and we felt like the communication could have been a bit better, however since moving in it has been fantastic.
