Linley and Simpson Leeds city centre branch, we dealt with Spencer Williamson. An absolute pleasure from the start, patient waiting for us when finding a place to park, extremely helpful and chatty and was completely honest with us the whole three flats we viewed. Spencer was patient and great with answering silly questions from us first time renters. We’d been messed about by many different agencies but with Spencer he was straight to the point, lead us to three different properties in speedy time and gave us all the information about location and amenities that we would've needed. This guy knows his stuff! Exceptional experience and so thankful for Spencers help as now we have our dream flat!!

Fantastic service / Wendy passmore

I have dealt with Wendy Passmore to secure accomodation for my daughter going to university. It has been quite a tricky process, particularly as I didn't know how these things work and sorting guarantor paperwork's etc. Wendy could not have been more helpful, she has returned my emails quickly, professionally,with all the help and advice I needed she has been very patient and kind . I cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic Service & Welcoming Agent

My partner and I ended up finding a flat that was slightly better suited to our requirements with a different agency, however our experience with Linley & Simpson was excellent. Special thanks to Bradley who was incredibly helpful and beyond lovely! He showed us several great properties within our scope and was super accommodating, and we’d have definitely gone with him had other arrangements not become available to us. :)

Due to a last minute change of plans I suddenly had to stay in leeds after graduating and found myself in urgent need of an apartment - having given up my studio. Amina Hussain was lovely and super helpful from the get-go and matched my urgency, being that it is September and most properties within my budget were virtually all booked. Even though we only spoke for a few minutes in the phone, she was able to perfectly capture my essence and recommended an apartment she was sure I would love after the ones I had my eye on became unavailable. Although I ended up getting a property with another company due to problems with pur previous application I would like to live a 5* review to Spencer Williamson who did everything on his hands to try to find us a property when needed and even walked 30 minutes with me in between properties to help with the search. My experience with another agent Tom Lenton was way different, he lied to us in regards to the cleaning state at the start of the property, something that Spencer corrected, he specifically said he will return our calls or messages and somedays we did not hear from him in 48h and when we needed to come back to find another property he was "on holidays" and didn't show up face to face after ghosting us when we most needed him. I believe Linley and Simpson is a good letting agency just careful if you cross Tom Lenton.
