The best estate agent I have dealt with during my search for an apartment. They're super helpful, professional and trustworthy! Their site is super easy to navigate. I also want to add that Amina Hussain is absolutely amazing! I initially met her at a different property to the one I signed for and she is amazing! She is a hard worker, trustworthy and was super helpful in all aspects of the process. I knew Amina would support us no matter what. Her knowledge and dedication are paramount. Linley and Simpson (and Amina) are reliable, trustworthy and I want to thank everyone at the city centre office for making our apartment search easy!!

Amina was amazing from start to finish! I was fairly stressed with the short time frame I had to move, but she reassured me by showing me alternative apartments and I’ve managed to find one that I love! Amina knew a lot about the apartments and was able to answer any questions I had, she was also very quick with the follow up after the viewing and managed to guide me through the process with no stress! It was a great experience as far as flat viewings go

If you are ever looking for a Sales Negotiator, ask for Eesha! I'm currently renting through Linley & Simpson and I have been in communication with her for about a month now. She's been amazing help regarding my best options about moving out later in the year as my flat has been now sold. This was very stressful news as I was thinking of potentially renewing my contract, but speaking to Eesha made the situation so much better and she was really quick with her responses. I've never before dealt with someone so willing to help and easy-going! She was also extremely reliable and transparent which is a very important quality in a person helping you with your current/future home. Honestly, if I could have her deal with all my housing issues, I would! Hope this helps someone out there that is like me and gets anxious when it comes to important life decisions, it's important to have someone kind on your side. Update 12/06/2023: I have also been dealing with Senior Property Manager Rebekkah Waden throughout my tenancy and she has honestly been the loveliest Property Manager I've ever dealt with. She did my 6 month evaluation and also my check out evaluation and I haven't had any troubles at all. I had some issued when I first moved in and she helped log everything on the system, to make sure that the agency can reflect that when getting my deposit back. I am happy to confirm that I have no complaints - the evaluation upon my move out was very quick (done only 1 working day after me returning my keys) and within 2-3 days I have my full deposit back. I've dealt in the past with agencies where it'd take weeks to receive my deposit back, which is a massive pain. Overall, if you want to ask for specific trusted people, the two ladies I mentioned above have been absolutely great. I really appreciate their help. Happy house hunting!

Me and my partner had been struggling to find a property in Leeds for a while. L&S were one of the few places who was willing to listen to our requirements and give us a few viewings, which was booked for a few weeks ahead. On the day, we looked at three different properties. Each property was stunning and suited to our requirements. Tom, who provided the tour of each viewing, was friendly, approachable, and could answer any question you could throw at him. As someone relatively new to professional renting, he broke everything down, which I gratefully appreciated. The next day, we popped in an application, and instantly got a result. I'd recommend L&S to anyone, as they took their time to know our about situation, are responsive, and don't make you feel alienated while viewing properties. Big thanks to Tom for all the help

We have just moved out of our flat in Leeds that we rented through Linley and Simpson. Steve Noble, Property Manager, helped us with check out and was incredibly helpful! Thanks Steve. Generally Linley and Simpson have been really great, we had one hiccup where there were a lot of delays and miscommunications getting us a replacement garage fob that left us without access to our car for multiple weeks. But aside from that, they have been very helpful, especially during moving out!

Linley and Simpson Leeds city centre branch, we dealt with Spencer Williamson. An absolute pleasure from the start, patient waiting for us when finding a place to park, extremely helpful and chatty and was completely honest with us the whole three flats we viewed. Spencer was patient and great with answering silly questions from us first time renters. We’d been messed about by many different agencies but with Spencer he was straight to the point, lead us to three different properties in speedy time and gave us all the information about location and amenities that we would've needed. This guy knows his stuff! Exceptional experience and so thankful for Spencers help as now we have our dream flat!!
