Very poor managed letting service for landlords from Leeds City Centre branch. Supposed to do periodic inspections of property during tenancy but only did one and never even forwarded it to the landlord. Property check-out staff clueless, recommending expenditure of several hundred pounds on replacement furniture when a simple repair was all that was needed. Their Terms of Business are drawn up to make it virtually impossible for a landlord to terminate the contract for good reason (in this case incompetence) without paying them a fortune. Would definitely not recommend Linley and Simpson to landlords.

Great communication from Natalie and Emily. Redecorating in flat following leak, organised visit then day for work to be carried out with tenants and no issues in the process. Also, showed patience with some delays in processing on our side.

GoogleWhilst researching renting my property in Leeds I made an appointment to pop in. I was greeted by Emma, the General Manager, and introduced to Ed, the Lettings Manager. I had loads of questions and Ed was able to answer all of them to a high standard without hesitation. I was really impressed with both his knowledge of lettings and the local area as a whole. I found everyone I dealt with in the office to be friendly and efficient.
