Never ever had a conclusive experience with them. Inquired on multiple properties in Leeds (late 2023 and currently), never once been responded to. But they don't forget to send spam to my inbox though. Have emailed twice about current property I'm interested in. Not a peep. Don't believe me? Try for yourself. And don't get me started on their video tours that NEVER work. Very discouraging and poor.
