Linley and Simpson have been super helpful to me finding a place very quickly in Otley, which was a very stressful period. I managed to get a great property! They were always friendly and always answers the phone. Only negative I would say is that sometimes we would call and the information would not be relayed to other team members.

GooglePersonally a bad experience!! After viewing some properties it was clear to see the lack of managment around maintenance. To enhance the bad experience the communication and updates from management were none existent. The communication had was always contradictory. Unfortunately, this company doesn't seem reliable or provide confidence to potential clients. The warning signs are there for an unforgiving tenancy and end of tenancy complications.
