GoogleHaving completed on our new apartment on Friday (at 17:32 none-the-less) I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Liz Watkin, the best Sales Administrator in Leeds! Without her diligent chasing of both sets of solicitors and our mortgage broker we wouldn't have managed to complete under such a strict, essential and stressful timescale. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping us fully informed of everything happening, which made sure that the stressful process of buying a house was controlled and because of that we felt secure all the way through. GoogleRecently moved to Leeds from London, first time in the city and i have to say Best Service i have ever received from any real estate agency! My property Manager Matthew Kendrick is so supportive and an absolute Gentleman, any email i send anyday, will get reply within a few hours! Just the other day i ordered some maintenance work and the guy was at my place within 2 days! Holly and Jonathan Morgan are great too and on one occasion Mr.Jonathan stayed back 1 full extra hour on a Friday evening Just to give me the keys because i got late coming back from London! Outstanding service, wonderful supportive employees and always respond immediately, would definitely recommend 100%!

My mum went for a viewing to a Linley and Simpson property that myself and my partner who couldn't attend. She said the estate agent, Sam, was very understanding and helpful to relay as many details as possible and thoroughly answer any questions we had. He was very pleasant and represented Linley and Simpson wonderfully.

GoogleFinding a new property is always stressful but Amina at the City centre branch has made the experience easy and was extremely helpful. With her help I found the exact apartment I was looking for and am extremely pleased with the whole process! I would highly recommend going through Amina and the Linley and Simpson city branch if you are looking for a new property!

GoogleI have yet to meet an agent who is devoted to her business like Amina Hussain; she truly represented Linley & Simpson in a great way. She literally made certain that I had a suitable flat. She was very patient and polite, and her communication skills were excellent. I'm relieved to have found an apartment with Linley and Simpson. Will I suggest them? Yes, and again.
