I used to have a panel of lettings agents I used. As time has gone by it has become increasingly apparent that Linley & Simpson is head and shoulders above the competition . This is in all aspects from service to vetting rigour , ensuring paperwork is correct and offering value for money. Fiona S has been extremely help full on multiple occasions.

So far my experience with everyone at the headingley branch has been really positive. I had a viewing with Chelsea, she was very friendly and understanding of my needs. I also want to mention Mark and Alex-Jay for their help in the process so far. Everyone has been very prompt in replying to queries and helpful.

GoogleFrom calling to viewing to applying and to succeeding in my application, it took 6 days! Absolutely great! Super friendly and informative service especially from Spencer Williamson who showed me around the property. He understood my urgent need for a property and recommend I applied asap to be successful and he was right! I can't wait to move in and hope Linley and Simpson continue to be great estate agents during my tenancy!

GoogleAvoid raised boiler issue and was told " you can sort it yourself" two days later the boiler broke after spending the afternoon at hospital. Countless other issues with the house taking forever to sort, scaffolding left up for weeks banging in the wind. Won't return phone calls. I could go on. As said previously, avoid. How these people have a decent feedback rating is a mystery .the fact they don't respond to the negative comments tells you all you need to know about their arrogance.

GoogleWe just completed on our Flat in Leeds and had the fortune to be dealing with Andy Bonner. From the outset, Andy was very professional and managed our expectations perfectly. He secured us the price we were looking for and the conveyancing went really quick. He also referred us a very good solicitor which made the whole experience a pleasure. Thanks again, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy for anyone who is considering selling their property.

He understood clearly what we were looking for, proposing only properties he knew we would be interested in. He explained in a clear and thorough manner the situation of every property, leaving us feel comfortable in making our decisions. Excellent communication and advise throughout. Didn’t turn up for the viewing only to be called afterwards saying we need to see if the flats are available. They didn’t turn up for the viewing at all and left me stranded outside. Do your home work at least & don’t book viewings if you don’t know your job. Pathetic. Don’t trust these guys.
