The ease and seamless process of renting your preferred property

My experience in renting our home was anchored by Lisa Halifax. Not only does she have such a pleasant personality but she is always available to guide and support her prospective clients, eager to ensure each party to the agreement is comfortable with the terms. Efficient and professional staff

I recently had a viewing with Declan, who was very accommodating in rebooking my appointment. He ensured that I viewed properties that matched my preferences. A breath of fresh air!

We recently had viewings and were accepted on an apartment with the help of Amina from Linley & Simpson. Tom is always really helpful anytime something unfortunately goes wrong and needs fixing. A previous leak has reoccurred meaning I’ve had to turn the water to the property off, and within 30 minutes of reporting it Tom had arranged for the plumbers to reattend today to rectify this. I really appreciate Tom trying to sort this as quickly as possible for me, it’s stressful enough dealing with having a leak and no water when on your own, but throw a young child into the mix and this is a really urgent issue for me. Thank you for always being so helpful Tom.

We cannot fault the service we have had so far with Linley & Simpson - Horsforth.Our previous estate agents were absolutely appalling and we have really worried about renting again with another agents. But we needn’t worry! Kate has been amazing throughout answering all my many (many) questions! And always responding straight away. Nothing is too much trouble including booking us in to go back to the property to measure up for thing and show our children. Grace is also super lovely and showed us round the second time, she didn’t rush us and just let us take our kids to have a look. Great Service and Support During Signing at Linley & Simpson - Headingley

I recently signed a lease for a new property through Linley & Simpson - Headingley. Although I couldn’t attend the viewing myself, a very helpful member of staff named Ellie Harris was very accommodating and showed a family member around (along with their very young child). The family member was very impressed with both the service and the property, so we decided to sign the lease. Without Ellie’s accommodation, this wouldn’t have been possible. Highly recommend!

Absolutely superb service by both Amina and Spencer! Within 30 seconds of walking into their offices, I was made to feel at ease, Amina answered all my queries perfectly, and even managed to squeeze me into 3 viewings that same morning. Fell in love with an amazing apartment which I've decided to go ahead with. Went back and dealt with Spencer with regards to application forms etc, and again made me feel like a truly valued client. Excellent experience

I was in leeds in the process of viewing flats with other estate agents which were letting me down. I happened to call Linley and Simpson and Bradley answered and was incredible helpful and friendly. Within 1 hour I was viewing new flats and found the flat that I eventually moved in to. Bradley was full of information for each flat, and took extra time to make sure I viewed all available options. Smooth experience for my first flat

I dealt with Spencer Williamson who was the reason I had my first flat literally a few days after walking into Linley & Simpson. He took the initiative to sit down with me even though it was the end of the day and people were beginning to leave for the day. He ensured he understood what I was looking for, when I wanted to move and the area most desirable to be. He then set up a viewing for the next day for a flat that was perfect for me. Since then, he's worked diligently to ensure everything about the process has been smooth and seamless. This has been such a welcomed surprise as I tried to deal with another estate agent for a flat in the same area who was less than helpful. I would recommend anyone to Linley & Simpson to anyone, and especially Spencer.

A lot of the properties we liked were with a linley and simpson and they promptly got us viewings for properties that matched our wants and needs. Amina was amazing !!! she showed up round the flats but also the city , the walk from property to property was great and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and visit ! Very friendly and efficient staff. A really helpful and friendly viewing with Mia. The letting application was online, and I was continously kept informed of the outcome.I rented a very good quality property in Huddersfield for just over 1 year, from Lineley and Simpson.I had the odd occasion for a plumber when the heating system stopped working, and a mildly leaking tap. Tyla was the person I dealt with throughout most of my tenancy agreement. And she was really helpful.They have a very good online reporting system, and prioritised my request. Heating system was fixed on the same day. The leaking tap was done fairly quickly.At the end of the tenancy, Tyla did the exit checks, was fast, fair, and the deposit was returned quickly. Minus a cleaning fee which was totally reasonable, and agreed upon. I only left the property due to personal circumstances. A very good lettings agent, and special mention to Tyla.

Tony Taylor was fantastic throughout

Tony Taylor was fantastic throughout, firstly viewing the property before and after existing tenants moved out and giving me a detailed report on the condition and advice on works required before remarketing. Constant advice throughout considerable upgrades on the property and very quick to market the second it was complete which in turn lead to use having a new tenant within 2 weeks. Nothing too much trouble even out of hours.
