Tyla - She is our main contact who conducts our tenancy check outs. She is very professional and thorough in her reports and gives good feedback with her findings. She is very helpful when advising us of the tenancy deposit scheme and how they look at potential damage claims. I take her advice as I know she has great knowledge in this field and I trust her to help us through any issues which may arise.

GoogleAm delighted with the support received from the L&S team. Agreed the basis for a property sale upfront with Andy B, received periodic updates from Eesha C during the marketing phase, and support from Alix S to progress an Offer through to Completion. It was clear Alix had a good rapport with both Conveyancers which helped minimise delays with the legal process. I appreciate the speed and quality of responses from Alix which provided me with an excellent level of reassurance. I initially moved the management of my property to L&S having spoken to Andy 18+ months ago. The Rentals team (Ed S & Holly S) have been excellent. And Luke P from a management perspective is exceptional in terms of his client service. I previously had my property managed by another agent in Leeds - yes, it was for a lower fee, but my property was mismanaged. Iβm pleased to have moved to L&S who have the benefits of size and scale, whilst retaining a local and reliable service. I hope the team are able to keep that going! Grateful to Andy for providing the first conversation which me confidence to give L&S a go.
