GoogleLinley and Simpson have gone above and beyond when it came to selling our house. The personal care attention were second to none. Being an overseas seller made it doubly difficult but they came to our rescue many times and ensured that things were progressing as well as they could be (even using the weedeater and waterblaster because we couldn't find a gardener). A huge thank you, Andy and Alix, we are very grateful. It restores our faith in the human race 😊

GoogleI had a bad experience with Karen, who was very unprofessional. She did not read my emails promptly, and as a result, she postponed my contract start date by a month. This meant that I had to pay for an extra month at the end of my 7-month contract, even though I moved in as planned. They also deducted a lot of money from my deposit for some minor dust issues. They were dishonest and greedy, and I understand why estate agents have a poor reputation. The only positive thing I can say is that they were good with repairs, but that was not their merit, since they used a portal for that.
