GoogleTerrible Experience - Wanted a property with Haus because of the positive reviews. Arranged a viewing and the agent, Rosie, couldn't really be bothered. Gave one word answers and was fed up after 15 minutes. Also, I'm not sure we entered one of the properties with the tenant's consent or knowledge, as they weren't present and it seemed the agent picked this property moments beforehand. This was worrying, as they would happily do this in any property that I rented. I'll take my business elsewhere.

GoogleI have been waiting to invest in South Yorkshire and came along to Haus opening day in Rotherham. Abby and Adam were very helpful and personable. They were happy to take the time show me a few potential properties which were worthy of consideration. They also don't mind me going back for further advice and guidance. Defo recommend them to everyone.

GoogleBe wary renting through Haus. Dealing with them directly is generally fine but once you’ve signed the contract they’ll pass you over to RNL who are a nightmare to deal with. The fact that RNL manage the property is seemingly deliberately obscured, as nobody who has done any research would willingly deal with RNL. Feels very sneaky and you’ll probably end up dealing with damp and mould in your home while the property management do nothing to help and blame the structural issues of the building on your lifestyle. Make sure you know who will be managing your property before you sign any contracts with Haus as you will not be dealing with the Haus office beyond the initial viewings

GoogleAs a relatively new renter, I found the process to be quite overwhelming, particularly during busy periods. Unfortunately, I've had some negative experiences with letting agents in the past, which only added to my concerns. However, I am thrilled to say that Haus has completely dispelled all my fears and worries. Every interaction I had with the team was exceptional. They were not only friendly and helpful but also incredibly professional. Their support and guidance truly alleviated all my concerns. I must give a special shout-out to Lesia, who was an absolute star throughout the entire process. She provided me with a strong sense of reassurance that I was in capable hands. Lesia worked closely with me to ensure I secured the place I wanted and patiently addressed all the questions I had, all whilst still being able to have a good laugh There are numerous agents out there who can disappoint you but Haus is not one of them. I highly recommend their services

GoogleAll of these reviews are about people’s experiences viewing properties, none about their experiences after moving in. Wonder why? Because a lot of the properties are actually managed by a company called RNL. Look them up on here - they have an average of 1.5 stars. Be careful before you sign for a property here.

GoogleHaus went the extra mile in finding my girlfriend and I a flat in Leeds after struggling to do so for a while. Most companies are really unhelpful but Lesia from Haus listed some lovely places under our criteria and from there it was a swift process from a next day viewing to putting the deposit down the same day. Thanks again to Lesia and Haus for making sure we found the perfect place!
