GoogleI had my reservations about contacting Good Move, but Josh was polite, helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service with no hard sell. Had been selling my house through yopa for over a year to no avail. As I needed the house sold ASAP I thought I’d try goodmove I hadn’t really heard of them before tbh but I’ll certainly be spreading the word. Sophie, Dalia and Georgia all played there parts in making the sale easy and when I stressed at not hearing from my solicitor they were always there to chase and get the answers I needed to put my mind at rest. I was so dubious about using a company I hadn’t really heard of. From the start they have been so helpful. We are in a slightly different position as was selling a house whilst we live abroad so that obviously made things so difficult. We have been kept up to date throughout . Everyone I have dealt with has been so friendly and helpful and just made this process which could have been so difficult and stressful into a smooth quick easy sell. GoogleGood Move were very honest with me and advised that their offer would be a lot less than I wanted and therefore would be best on the open market and reducing the price. They were not pushy and I appreciated their honesty. If I am ever in a situation where I would need to sell my house quickly I would certainly consider using this company. GooglePoor communication between staff, even when an offer was made on the house and almost harassment with daily emails and phone calls when my daughter couldn't comply with their completion date (surely the job of the solicitor) even though she was able to do it only several days later. Like another reviewer I too am suspicious of so many five star reviews. In response to the comments below, it was my daughter who was your client and not myself. Regards.

Just had completion on the sale of our rental property we originally marketed it locally with an agent back in May!!!fast forward to September buyer had no mortgage in place so we pulled the property and marketed with Goodmove, from initial call to Max, then to Jessica the sales negotiator sale was agreed 9th October passed to Dalia sales progressor received all documents from designated Solicitors everyone worked quickly and professionally We were on a deadline completed 8th December.. can’t praise this company enough! With their dedicated staff and procedures to get a quick sale to completion would highly recommend this very professional company I’d definitely use Goodmove again if needed 5*****

Came to the conclusion our best option for the property was not with Good Move, but would use them if it was. Honest, Reliable, Good communication
