Our sale fell through with an estate agent after months of marketing and eventually agreeing a sale so we contacted Good move as we really didn't want to lose our new house. Greg talked me through how the company works and was there to answer questions all the way through to the end which was 3 weeks later. If you want to sell your house quickly and don't mind taking a lower price than you would eventually get through an agent I would definitely recommend!

Got a sale in a difficult sellers market

Recently sold our property with Good Move and whereas in a difficult sellers market we struggled to get any worthwhile interest from our previous ‘High Street’ agents, Good Move secured at least 2 very interested parties of which 1 we pursued with and obtained a sale. Yes it was less than we initially hoped for, but rather a sale than the property still being on the market.

Possibly the rudest customer service interaction I have ever had. Update: upon seeing my review someone from the company reached out to me having listened to my first phone call. I felt the apology I recieved was genuine, my complaint was dealt with very promptly. They have assured me they will monitor the associate in question so that no other customers experience poor customer service. SPoke to max at Goodmove who was very helpful and assisted me with things beyond the topic of a house sale, but all mortgage relevant. Having joining quick buy companies in the past for a sale and being left with nothing but their service fees as a debt, I was a little skeptic on what help and advice max was going to offer!However his advice was totally selfless and all for my benefit which I really appreciated and was impressed with at the same time. So much so that I’ve decided to keep Max’s number for any future query’s that I may have.
