GoogleGood Move were incredibly easy to work with and helped me in a difficult time in my life by purchasing my property. They dont pay the full market value but its a fair value for the service and they cover all the solicitor fees. If you need a quick sale and want a transparent service with regular updates I would recommend Good Move at all times, they did everything they promised and more.

We have been trying to sell our house for some time in the current awful market. Impressively, when I spoke with GoodMove, while they did offer me a quotation within their usual price ranges, the actual advice I received from them was not to go with them but to wait it out on the market. I can’t remember the last time I felt that a company was genuinely seeking my best interests, not just their bottom line. I can’t offer much more than this recommendation in return - but very impressed. If you are even just thinking of going with them, give them a call - highly recommended.

GooglePersonal experience with them no point. Said my property ain't worth much so dropped to 5k. Two cannot be bother estate agents come in and the pokered face look seeing the house thought no way. Called a company with a name never heard of to sort the viewing out their useless lazy attitude should be closed down. In the end no auction no phaffing around by yous lot was sold by buyer with many property on rent offered good price over 80k. Sold via self advertising paperwork done by his lawyers and ours. Happy as Larry. Oh have a nice day to the last caller called R!!! Who works for you. Disrespectful.

GoogleThought I would give these people a try, as I have a large house to sell and have been advised by estate agents that it is not going to sell quickly. I'm giving 4 stars as my experience with them was not bad, as they got back to me quite quickly and made an offer which was roughly 80% of the market value, as they claim. Unfortunately they called back an hour later to withdraw the offer as it is a big house and they were not confident they could sell it. So the claim that they buy any house irrespective of other factors is not true, and that was the whole point of me contacting them. However, I will give them four stars as there was no messing around, and they took time to give me some advice about selling which may come in useful.

GoogleI went through hell trying to sell a less than ideal property I'd inherited when my mum passed away; Good Move were amazing from start to finish. I wasn't waiting on things to be chased, they did the chasing. I received an update on the proceedings almost daily; the staff are friendly, extremely responsive and understanding. Despite a number of massive setbacks, and uncooperative tenants, they saw it through to the end being incredibly resourceful and empathetic. I'm so grateful I made the decision to go with Good move, and would recommend anybody to do the same.
