Communication was good throughout and we always felt we were being kept in the loop. If we ever wanted to check something we could just call or mail and we never felt we were a nuisance. The whole process was managed in a most efficient manner, with it taking just one month and two days from first contact to completion of the sale of our house. No messing around, simply efficient service, doing exactly what they said they would in a friendly, efficient manner. I would always recommend this company from my experience with them.

I went through hell trying to sell a less than ideal property I'd inherited when my mum passed away; Good Move were amazing from start to finish. I wasn't waiting on things to be chased, they did the chasing. I received an update on the proceedings almost daily; the staff are friendly, extremely responsive and understanding.Despite a number of massive setbacks, and uncooperative tenants, they saw it through to the end being incredibly resourceful and empathetic. I'm so grateful I made the decision to go with Good move, and would recommend anybody to do the same.

To be honest I did not know what my options were but Greg took his time to look up the value of the property and went over and above to help me in my opinion. i was a little apprehensive about using the site at first however, the guy i spoke to (whose name i didn't write down sorry) offered a huge amount of very useful advice to the point where he as good as advertised me to keep the property on the market until the new year and maybe review the asking price then; he was very knowledgeable and offered advice on other properties in the area both on the market and that had sold recently. The service and advice i received was far and above what i expected to a point i would advise rebranding the company as offering advice to sellers with an offer to buy as a sideline, wouldn't hesitate recommending the service

To be honest at first I was a bit sceptical, usually when things seem too good to be true they generally are !!! NOT the case with Good Move, after being on the market for 6 month with a high street agency and very little communication and desire to sell the house, We decided to give Good Move ago, we were given a very competitive price for the property and advised they would have buyer in 2 weeks, they did and the sale when through in 6 weeks Incredible service , all solicitor’s fees are paid for and they again were amazing, if you want a quick sale no fuss/stress or time wasters I would highly recommend selling a property through Good Move.
