GoogleAlthough i did not complete my sale with Goodmove this is no reflection on the service offered by Josh and his colleagues. I was given a fair initial offer and a surveyor was organised to visit and make the final valuation within a few days I have no doubt that Josh and Goodmove would have made a fair offer and completed in my urgent timescale of 2-3 weeks. I would also like to say not to be nervous about phoning Josh to enquire if this is for you, the discussion is straight forward, honest and there is no sales tactics or pressure applied, this really is a good place to start if your not sure where to go next if your having trouble selling your house as quickly as you would like or need to.

I originally looked at goodmove for the quick sale, although this didn't happen (No fault of the process but my circumstances)Within 2 days I had all the paperwork and was kept well informed of every detail by yasemin through email and calls from beginning to the end!Even when i had issues with the Solicitors and creditiors she was a brilliant mediator putting my mind at ease Yasemin really is a credit to goodmove and would use the company again in the future

Speaking to joshua and his company was a delightful delightful experience certainly honest as the bright, equally credible always appreciate. He feeks thatalmy telegraph newspaper featuring for being flawlessly beautiful which i am daily perfectionist about upmarket, hence why appeared in the telegraph newspaper for being flawlessly beautiful for my Beautiful 3 children is certainly worth all that estate agents have vslued at 900 to 950k felt in the current flinate i would certainly gain through a traditional agebt Josh's company could make an offwr thoughh was safly less than lthe majority of v politel formal offers cash offers i have had already sadly over 16 at 780000, others over 800k for five day cash, one later yesterday evening at 800k yer i am afraid i still declined as all lincolnshire estate agents absolutely comfidemt mine should sell for the full 900k, two in Norfolk where all is, 950k, plus josh realised my elegant property vast so certainly not too much for for elegant period Still an charming gentleman plitely honest on every level. I did a lot of research on which company to use and I did speak to a number of companies before I made a decision to sell. Goodmove are actual property buyers when some companies are not! I knew that I was not getting market value but I wanted a quick sale and this is what I got.

Contacted Good Move via their enquiry form in relation to selling a tenanted house.Very quickly had a call from Josh. He was polite and not pushy in anyway. He took some details of the house and gave me an offer immediately. I gave the matter some thought and eventually after a number of weeks decided to sell through a local agent purely as I could attend their office. Josh did not pester me during this time. Once I decided I called and explained my rationale to Josh who was totally understanding and wished me luck in the sale. He also offered to make me a new offer if my buyer dropped out.
