I dealt with Greg and Sophie who were both fantastic to speak with yet very professional. Unfortunately, I could not complete my sales, but through no fault of those I dealt with or good move. Overall, really helpful and professional company.

I have seen people spending hard time in searching for someone to buy their property, but thank God, I didn’t have to spend too much time for this work. It was my father who told me to contact Good Move while I was searching for a property buying company. We were about to move into our new house and wanted to sell the old one very quickly. Good Move gave us a very easy selling process and we were able to sell our home at the minimum possible time. It was the best that we could have ever gotten and Good Move has become the finest source for us. I would definitely recommend Good Move as the best property buying company to everyone.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Goodmove. Particular thanks to Georgia, Dalia and Sophie. All members of the team were professional, helpful and knowledgable. They were also really good at keeping in touch and updating me along the way assisting me with the sale of my late mothers property. I would not hesitate to recommend them, especially if you have a non standard property.

Don't trust good move, there was a agreed time for all offers to be put in, our offer was put in straight away, for a call back the next day (as agreed time) to say our offer was accepted on a house.. We have a whole weekend excited for the possibilites of moving house. to monday we had contact with our solicitors and started getting things moving. to half an hour later. Good move rang us to say someone else has giving them an offer and us being out bid. when it was already agreed price.. they was rude, abrasive and wanted us off the phone very fast. they didnt seem "sorry" at all..all about money with them. so dont get your hopes up. itll most likely wont be true..

Feel bad about this deal. GoodMove offered £80K, then reduced the offer to £60K after the survey. They said it was due to the cost to renovate the property, which seems like a fair reason. On the day of signing, they were legally required to disclose that they weren't buying and renovating the property, it was being sold to someone else for £80K.This made me feel like I got a bad deal, because they were making such a high profit margin and had lied during the sale. I managed to get them up a little bit, but still annoyed enough to write this review.Everything else was great. Professional. Quick. Efficient.Bottom line. Nobody should walk away from a business deal feeling like they're the loser.
